iPhone vs Samsung - Which Is Best Best Smartphone For You In 2022

Who is the best between Apple and Samsung ? Let's look at the head to head and then see who is better - iPhone or Samsung. When comparing iPhone vs Samsung, people have a pre- determined idea of what they want to buy. On one hand, iPhone fans who have been loyal to iPhone for years while on the other hand, Samsung fans who just can't get enough of the tech giants bleeding- edge innovations. But it is difficult for an average buyer to decide which is better between iPhone and Samsung- shouldn't be the only whim. Instead, both of them should be dressed head- to- head to see who is better iPhone or Samsung. Let's look at the head- to- head :

Price And Value For Money :

The easiest difference between iPhone and Samsung flagships is its price. Still, it is not right to find out which is better- iPhone or Samsung by its price alone. iPhone fans may be annoyed by this comparison, but it is true that iPhone are overpriced as Apple becomes high rated brand- especially if you're not acquainted with the Apple ecosystem already.

Samsung's flagships, although still far from being cheap, are more likely to give you a better bang for your buck. And since Samsung has such a large smartphone series, you can expect to find a better deal no matter your budget. The conclusion is that in terms of budget, iPhone is more than Samsung with a valuable head- to- head.

Cameras :

In terms of sheer photo quality and image consistency, Samsung have usually enjoyed more praise than their iPhone counterparts. With its S22 series, more specifically the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung upped its game quite significantly. But, in terms of good photo quality and sheer image, Samsung is slightly better than iPhone. Although consistency is still Apple's strong suit, the camera experience as a whole feels a lot more refund, fun, and versatile in Samsung smartphones. But, iPhone is not far  away from it's competitor- Samsung. If you want or prefer a more neutral image and video profile, and don't want aggressive image processing algorithms to auto edit them for you, iPhones get the job done quite well.

Operating System:

Comparing iOS and Android used to be easy earlier but now it is very difficult to compare which is better iOS or Android. Both operating systems are best in their own right. But as is the nature of competion, both operating systems have evolved over the years- although old claims remain fairly prominent to this day. iOS is known for its quality as it has better RAM management, Controls, reliability. While on the other hand, Samsung's Android is known for its screen quality, device management and controls. It's tough but iOS is slightly better than Android because iOS provides high security system as compared to Android. Due to some technical quality, the iOS is slightly better than Android.

Voice Assistants :

The iPhone's Siri has been the default voice assistant for the device since the release of the iPhone 4S back in 2011. On the other hand, Samsung introduced its native voice assistant Bixby in 2017 with the Galaxy S8 series as an alternative to the already useful Google Assistant running on Android phones.

On comparing, Bixby isn't quite impressive than Siri. Bixby isn't a match for Apple's Siri. But in terms of comparing Google Assistant and iPhone's Siri, Google Assistant is more reliable than Apple's Siri. But Google Assistant isn't Samsung product. Hence, conclusion is that Apple's Siri is quite impressive than Samsung's Bixby.

Battery Quality :

iPhone has rarely ever fought the smartphone battle with big claims about it's battery. In comparison, Samsung seems to advertise its massive battery life and impressive fast charging speeds. With the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Samsung provides its user a massive 5000 mAh battery which delivers 50 % charge in just 30 minutes. While on the other hand, iPhone's battery isn't quite impressive than Samsung. But with the arrival of iPhone 13 series, Apple's MagSafe charger can take almost three hours to fully charge the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Hence. in terms of battery quality, Samsung is far better than iPhone.

iPhone vs Samsung: Which Is Right For You?

The head to head contrast above clearly shows that the competition is tough between iPhone and Samsung. It also gets to know who is ahead in the particular field. Actually, it is hard to figure out which is the best of the two.

On one side, there is iPhone which is ahead in its operating system and voice assistant, while on the other hand, Samsung is ahead in camera and battery capacity. Some of these factors show who is ahead in a particular field :

Camera : Samsung

Operating System : iPhone

Battery Quality : Samsung

Voice Assistant : iPhone

Price : iPhone ( known for its brand and popularity )

On the above factors, we can clearly see that iPhone is slightly better than Samsung. But it's not that Samsung is far behind iPhone. iPhone is known for its popularity, high security system, best voice assistant while on the other hand Samsung is known for its Camera, Battery quality. Both are very good smartphones in their own right. It wouldn't be right to match it with each other. It is difficult to deduce from some of the above factors. So conclusion is that both the brands are good in their own right. Hence, the battle between iPhone and Samsung ends with the tie.
