Vivo X80
Vivo X80

Vivo X80 is the cheapest phone on comparing it with Pro and Pro+, it's no slouch. Available in three different shades: Black, Orange, and Green (though orange is exclusive to China). The finishes are different for all the three colors:

- Black models have a glass rear

X80 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor, along with either 8 GB or 12GB of RAM with 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of internal storage.

Talking about its display, it has a 6.78 inch FHD+ OLED curved screen with a 120 Hz of refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage - so it should look pretty slick.

It has a 4500 mAh battery, with 80 W wired fast charging support but it does not support wireless charging. Battery life is about 30 hours per charge.

Talking about its camera, there is a triple-lens setup on the rear, which comes with Zeiss's T* lens coating. The primary camera uses the brand new 50 MP SONY IMX866 RGBW 1/1.49 in the sensor. Joined by a 2x zoom portrait camera using a 12MP SONY IMX663 1/2 in sensor and a 12 MP ultrawide camera with a SONY IMX 663 sensor with f/2.0 aperture. There is a 32 MP 1/2.8 in sensor punch-hole front camera

Run by Android 12 Vivo origin OS Ocean. An international release is more likely to use FuntouchOS skin.

Vivo X80 Pro :

Vivo X80 Pro

The X80 Pro is a bit similar to the X80 but with the exception of a few essential functions. Actually, the design is more similar to the X80 but the X80 Pro has been launched globally only in the black model. Otherwise, the only difference is that the camera module is a bit larger than X80, to fit in an extra lens below the main camera ring.

X80 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor, along with either 8GB or 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB of internal storage, but only the 12+256 GB variant gets a global launch.

Talking about its display, its display size is similar to X80 but it has an LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display, which means that it can drop its refresh rate to 1 Hz in order to save power and has a higher QHD+ resolution.

Another upgrade is that X80 pro upgrades to an ultrasonic sensor with a larger sensing area - making it easier to register a print while  X80 includes an under-display fingerprint sensor.

Vivo X80 Pro is powered by a 4700mAh Lithium-ion battery which quit more than the Vivo X80 model and this model also supports fast charging of 80W along with wireless charging.
